在校期间，如果你有任何生理或心理的疾病，都可以预约校医院的医生，你会得到校医无微不至的关怀。预约医生，你需要用你的Unity ID and Password进入https://healthweb.ncsu.edu/login_directory.aspx进行操作。如果有什么紧急情况，你还是需要拨打911. 虽然说，校医院是一个能不来就不来的地方，但是作为国际生，刚入校的时候，你必须去校医院报到，提交你的疫苗记录。你需要去OIS online预约一个immunization Appointment， ois.ncsu.edu, 一般在开学前1个月就可以开始预约了。由于秋季新生多，为了不影响你开学后的上课，建议提前预约。每一位学生都必须预约一个时间，但是最好是在你买了保险后去，因为如果你需要补打什么针的话，你的保险可能可以承担一部分费用。在你去校医院之前，你需要在网上提交你的疫苗报告，你需要在这里提交。

关于买医疗保险

在你付学费的时候，费用明细内包括了学校的医疗保险，每学期的费用为$709.属于比较贵的，如果你想省心，你可以选择接受学校给你推荐的这种保险，但是你完全可以买你觉得合适的保险。只要你买的保险符合学校的最低要求，就可以取消学校的保险。

学校对于医疗保险的最低要求如下：

• Provides a Lifetime Maximum of $200,000 or greater
• Provides coinsurance of at least 80% for in-network services
• Provides a policy year deductible of no greater than $500
• Provides coverage for pre-existing conditions after six months of enrollment if there was no prior coverage, and covers pre-existing conditions immediately with prior creditable coverage
• Maternity covered as any other medical condition
• Provides minimum of $7,500 for repatriation of remains to the home country and a minimum of$10,000 for medical evacuation to the home country.
